Great Southwest Equestrian Center


The Great Southwest Equestrian Center has been serving the greater Houston community for over 20 years. Located in Katy, Texas, it is easily accessible and conveniently situated near major highways. We are an 80 acre multipurpose venue, specializing in hosting a wide range of local events and international horse shows. Over the past 20 years, Great Southwest has become the premier equestrian center in the Southwest.  More recently, the Center has come under new ownership, which is focused on improved footing and facilities, operational changes and new strategic initiatives.

Michael H. Davis received his DVM from Texas A&M University in 1983. He has a B.S. in Biomedical Science and a B.S. in Veterinary Science as well as a Masters in Veterinary Physiology and Pharmacology. He has completed the World Wide Equine Course and is certified with both the International Association of Equine Dentistry. 

Pine Hill
